Is there special equipment needed to edit movies?

Only a home computer running Windows XP or Vista, at least a 1 GHz processor, at least 1 GB RAM, DVD-recordable drive, and about 15-20 GB of free hard drive space.

What software is needed to edit the movie? Will I have to buy software?

The editing process described in the eBook utilizes 6 different software programs, most of which are free. However, the estimated total cost of high-end editing software which Family Edited DVDs used to edit movies costs in the range of $300 to $500 depending on which merchant you purchase from.

Will I have to watch the movie in order to edit it?

To know what to remove, you'll need to watch the original movie.

Is the download available automatically after payment? Is there a time frame?

The download is available once you have completed payment. You will have 48 hours to complete your download.

What if something has been half downloaded and their computer crashes, can it be resumed?

You can download the file at any time after you check out. If you have a connectivity problem, simply download the file again later. You have up to 3 tries to download the file. The file size is 2.93 MB.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds because there is no physical product to return. This is downloadable software, and as such cannot be refunded under any circumstance.
